ABOUT MYSELF : 

Hello guys! I am Winnie, taking Cambridge A-Levels and currently running for President in TCSC. I'm just like any freshmen last time, just like any of you , i entered Taylors last August and was inspired by how council members integrate events and make us feel so welcomed and getting our voices heard across the board.

My vision and mission is to focus on enhancing YOUR welfare, speak up for US AS ONE voice and to make your college life as Taylorians fulfilling by planning events specially for you and your wants. 

ACHIEVEMENTS IN TCSC: 

I'm a member of Event Management in TCSC and has took part in many major events planned for you guys. 

NOVEMBER 2019:  Main Organising Chairperson of "Movie Mayhem" 

My team and i gathered votes from everyone via poll on our Instagram, the movie played was High School Musical which has the highest votes among students. It was a free entry event as our goal was to give back to Taylorians and let them enjoy especially during after-exam period. 

The event was a great success with 75% of students rating it a 5/5 and 25% of them rating a 4/5 

DECEMBER 2019: Main Committee Of Sponsorship Department for "Still We Run''

"Still We Run" was a charity run organised by TCSC to raise mental health awareness with 90% of the profits going to Malaysian Mental Health Association ( MMHA ). My team and I emailed over 50+ companies finding for sponsorships for our event and at the end of the day i managed to gain RM2,500 worth of sponsorships.

JANUARY-FEBRUARY 2020: Main Planning Committee Of Secret Cupid 

For Spiritastic, I was the secretary of Secret Cupid and we oversee and took part in the whole pre- event planning, preparation of items and ensuring that the whole event flows well. Before Spritastic Week, me and another council member was put in charge of publicising the whole list of events happening which includes Movie Mayhem 2.0, Secret Cupid and Spiritastic Theme Dressing Up.

I strongly believe in equality and that you should have a say in things that will affect you. I am here to listen to everyone as your fellow Taylorian, here to help as your friend and also as your President candidate to try my very best to make the change for you guys.
